1985年毕业于河北师范大学美术系油画专业

1991年受教于中央美院壁画系

   齐建欣艺术作品采用中西画法相结合的方式，继承了中国画传统的精髓，大量融入了现代绘画的意识，在意象中融入了抽象成份。用西方绘画的语言与技法深入表达了东方文化内涵。其表现形式及技法形成了自己鲜明的特点。女性载体灰重的颜色动荡的线条演绎着女性灵动和自信的万种风情。借助于女性本身来体现当代艺术的一种语境。
